Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Store-More and CardSpot Inc.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during busy periods, public holidays, supplier delays, or where additional order checks are required.
Dropshipping and fulfilment
Some or all products sold by Store More Card Spot Inc are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, or fulfilment partners. This means your order may be shipped from a warehouse outside the UK and may arrive in separate parcels.
Although third-party suppliers may handle fulfilment, Store More remains your point of contact for customer service, delivery issues, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout due to items being imported in some situations and made to order.
If no specific delivery date is agreed, UK consumer rules generally expect goods to be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days unless another timeframe has been agreed.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. Shipping may be free for certain products, promotions, or order values.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take a few days to update after dispatch.
Multiple parcels
If you order more than one item, your items may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping unless this is clearly stated before checkout.
Customs, import duties, and taxes
Some orders may be shipped from outside the UK. Customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on the product, order value, and destination.
Delivery delays
Delivery may be delayed due to customs checks, courier disruption, supplier delays, incorrect shipping details, high order volumes, or events outside our control.

Incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at 07704322932.
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Lost or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at Sales@cardspot.co.uk with your order number.
We may ask you to check your tracking details, local delivery office, neighbours, or safe place before we investigate further.
If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations
For online orders, customers usually have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then usually have another 14 days to return the goods. Refunds should generally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
